1. Definitions

• “Company”: Refers to Car Rentals in Chandigarh.
• “User”: Refers to any individual accessing or using our services.
• “Vehicle”: Refers to any car rented through our service.
• “Agreement”: Refers to this Terms of Service document.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle. The license must be valid for the entire rental period.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and other specified payment methods.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Vehicle Use

• Authorized Drivers: Only the user and any additional drivers specified in the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.
• Prohibited Uses: The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Mileage Limitations: Any mileage limitations will be specified in the rental agreement. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges.

5. Insurance and Liability

• Insurance: Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental fee. Users may opt for additional coverage at an extra cost.
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, as well as for traffic violations and associated fines incurred during the rental period.

6. Vehicle Condition

• Inspection: Users are required to inspect the vehicle for any existing damage before acceptance and report it to the company.
• Return Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear. Additional cleaning or repair costs may be charged if necessary.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges.

8. Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice if the user violates any terms of this agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.

11. Amendments

The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via our website or email.
